May 31, 2025 - 10 - 11:30 am at Nova
Help save the endangered monarch butterfly by learning how to identify milkweed, its host plant, raise a caterpillar at your home, and plant flowers that monarchs feed on. At this event you will make a simple caterpillar enclosure, leave with milkweed seeds and all the supplies you need to raise a caterpillar at home, and hopefully find a monarch egg or caterpillar on the milkweed plants that are plentiful around Nova's school grounds.
