Calling Nova Baseball Players - this 2 hour session will get you set for your off-season workouts. The instructors at Complete Game are current and former professional and collegiate coaches who will take you through hitting/swing training and a full off-season throwing program. You’ll work through drills and instruction that you can take into your winter training and captains practices.
